-Rearrange working process to decrease people congestion in front of the room ,namely

> Classified delegate into pre-register and walk-in.

Each Pre-register delegates from the same school just leave their barcode documents at the first person of row then give me piles of paper for scanning

Each walk-in delegates who contact first, just leave their papers on the table : appointment card in the hospital,after that
I will call their names to check scan ,and give their evidence in order to join in lecture room.

-Reply all queries and give them a hand in any suspicious stuffs.

1. diminishing the population traffic in that area.
